Sailor Rewards – Terms & Conditions

The Sailor Rewards Program is an exclusive loyalty offering from Sea & Sun Travel Agency for clients who book Virgin Voyages sailings through our agency. Participation is automatic upon booking, and rewards are tracked and fulfilled by our team.


Earning Stars

  • Stars are earned through qualifying bookings and actions as listed on the Sailor Rewards page. 
  • Only bookings made directly through Sea & Sun Travel Agency are eligible. 
  • Stars are cumulative and do not expire, provided your account remains active.
     

Redeeming Rewards

  • Rewards at the 3, 5, 8, 10, and 15-Star levels are one-time-only per traveler. 
  • Once a reward tier is redeemed, it cannot be earned again, but you will continue to accumulate toward the next tier. 
  • Sailor Loot is subject to Virgin Voyages terms and may be issued via onboard credit or added directly to your reservation.
     

Elite Benefits (20+ Stars)

  • Travelers who earn 20 or more Sailor Stars are recognized as Sailor Rewards Elite and will receive: 
    • $100 Sailor Loot on every future Virgin Voyages booking made through Sea & Sun Travel, when sailing in a Sea Terrace or higher cabin
    • Priority access to limited-time promotions, early-release itineraries, and hosted group sailings  
    • Private travel consults for personalized itinerary guidance, cabin selection, and add-on experiences
    • Invitations to exclusive events (virtual or in-person) hosted by Sea & Sun Travel 
    • Additional perks may be offered at our discretion
       

Additional Info

  • Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are fulfilled at the sole discretion of Sea & Sun Travel Agency. 
  • If a qualifying booking is canceled or moved to another agency, the associated Stars may be forfeited. 
  • Program structure, rewards, and qualifications are subject to change at any time.
